In 2022, we moved to an Exclusive List to ensure SCR couples receive the best quality, service, and great food they deserve!
Important Catering & Bar Information
Simple and delicious, or over-the-top and custom — create the right fit for your budget and vision with the help of our exclusive catering and bar options.
After 14 years working with vendors across Texas — SCR has partnered with exclusive caterers and bar options we know provide great service!
SCR does not require a food or beverage minimum but does require couples to add busing and staffing services to their contracts.
Most caterers can offer elevated disposables or china if requested, but not required.
SCR couples primarily choose buffets or stations; several caterers can offer plated options.
SCR couples can host a lovely meal for 150 guests for around $5000
Bartenders with all the setup and cleanup for 150 guests will be between $1200-$2000
SCR couples work directly with the caterer and bar service chosen
