Sparrow creek is truly a one of a kind venue. From the views, the owners, recommended vendors and so much more you are almost guaranteed to have an amazing day no matter what. Kalli and her dad have been so amazing to work with. I truly can’t thank them enough. From the planning to the advice it truly doesn’t get better than them.
We hired Jordan , the In-House Coordinator, and it was probably the best decision we made next to having our wedding at Sparrow Creek. Jordan is truly an angel and I could not have done this wedding without her. We had to move our date up a couple of months in short notice and she planned the most beautiful wedding and took ALL of our stress in less than 2 months! She is like your bff on wedding day and I honestly did not expect her to do as much as she did. She went above and beyond. I would HIGHLY recommend Jordan. And for the price you really can’t beat her service.

I cannot say enough amazing things about this place. First, Kalli was so helpful the entire time. She was quick to answer questions and sent tons of helpful information and checklists, which helped me every step of the way. The venue is absolutely stunning! We used The Grove for our ceremony, however there are different areas you can use and they're all beautiful. The reception barn is rustic and so gorgeous in itself you don't have to use a lot of decor. Need decor!? No problem, this place has a plethora of decor you have access to. Kalli has a list of vendors she recommends and they too, did not disappoint!! SCR is not only affordable, you get the entire weekend. We decorated the day before and it was so nice and took stress away to be able to get that completed and not rush the day of. We were able to spend the day of wedding just getting ready and I, just enjoyed spending the day with my daughter. If this venue isn't close to you they have you covered there as well. Less than 1/2 a mile away is Wildcatter Ranch, and we had a wonderful stay there. Another plus to this venue is there are 2 bridal suites. We were able to get ready and hang out in one and the other was a beautiful location for bridal pictures. We did not have to rush around and clean to take pictures. If you choose this venue for your wedding....you will not be disappointed!!!

When choosing a wedding venue there were certain things that were a must for me and SCR met all my expectations and MORE! The venue itself is breathtakingly beautiful and there are so many ceremony options, it makes it hard to choose because it’s all so gorgeous. Kalli gives you all the info you need to help the process and her communication skills were wonderful! If I had to do it all over again, I wouldn’t think twice about choosing SCR. One of the best decisions I made!

There are so many positive things to say about the SCR I don’t even know where to begin.
I just got married about 3 weeks ago at SCR and I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect experience. The venue in itself is jaw dropping, it is the one and only venue that we decided to tour after looking at countless other venues (I had my heart set on getting married here for about 5 years) and I am so happy we decided to stick with our instincts. Kalli has pretty much all of the legwork taken care of for you from the organization she offers for day of event, mock timelines, seating arrangements with SCR blue prints to recommended vendor, it saved me so much time and stress by using her recommended vendors and they did not disappoint (shoutout to KB Wedding Films, Galyean Photo + Film, Krazy Cakes, Mark Waggoner and Rudy’s). Not to mention all of the included decor is a HUGE bonus!
The gorgeous landscape is to die for, having the opportunity to take my bridals here as well was such an awesome experience!
Kalli has impressed me beyond measure, she was always a reliable source if I ever had any questions or needed any help along the way she was there to answer extremely quick. What made everything better is that Kalli genuinely cares about the venue and the couples getting married there. You can just look at the venue and see the dedication they have put into it.

I got married here a few weeks ago, and I love ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING about SCR! Kalli is SO helpful throughout the entire process. She really cares about those getting married at SCR, and she makes what would normally be a stressful process so easy! The venue is absolutely beautiful, and it can fit really any type of wedding (rustic, boho, traditional, etcetera). I had so many compliments from guests about how pretty SCR was. From the booking, to planning, this venue exceeded all of our expectations!
Kallie and team communicated with us what was expected of us, and provided the BEST of options for vendors. As the mother of the bride for the first time, I knew exactly what was needed, the timeline and what I needed to accomplish every step of the way.
Way more than just a venue to hold a wedding; we were guided on all the unknowns and timelines I would have not had planned previously.
That doesn’t even touch on the place itself!!!
Everything has been taken into consideration from plug placement, lighting in every areas, to kitchen needs, and bridal suite, it’s all there. I would 100% recommend adding the upstairs bridal suite for those intimate moments of first touch, first look after the bridal party is dressed and has a moment to enjoy each other before the wedding.
Jay was the best of best security- he even helped take down some of the seating for the outdoor ceremony before we had the chance to get folks on that task!
Tipsy Trailer, Krazy Cakes, Rockin Hair, through My Lens Photography, and Crazy Taco, were the most amazing vendors, and we had so many compliments on all they provided!
It was an absolutely beautiful experience, and while I was prepared to be extremely stressed, Kalli and team provided us with guidance that left me calm and stress-free the day of my daughter’s wedding. (Not an easy task!)

Kalli has everything laid out for you including times, dates, decorations, and more. The weekend package was a must for our big guest count, we had plenty of time to set up on Friday for our Saturday wedding. My son and daughter in law got married at Sparrow Creek Ranch. I cannot recommend this venue enough!!! Kalli is an absolute blessing. She is so organized with walking customers through what to expect, what to do at what time, who to contact as far as preferred vendors....I could go on and on. She is very patient with questions and prompt in answering. They have a streamlined process that takes the stress out of planning.
The venue itself is gorgeous. If you want to add decor, you can select from their vast collection at no additional charge. Not that much is needed. As I stated, the venue is absolutely stunning and was exactly what our bride was hoping to find. Shabby-chic never looked so good!
I simply cannot say enough great things about this venue and the family that operates it. It is well worth the drive from the DFW area. Take a tour and book your event fast as this hidden gem won't stay hidden for much longer! You will not regret booking this beautiful event venue!!

SCR venue has to be the best in Texas for SO MANY REASONS! I researched and visited many different venues when me and my husband first moved to Texas, and simply, nothing compared!!! If you are looking for a venue that will be the whole package, you found it!
First off, this venue is stunning for every color palette or theme for your special day. It is THE perfect backdrop! Additionally, the details of this place is out of this world. The brilliant hand-built architecture, the cohesiveness in the layout of the property, the beautiful land it is built on. If you ar looking for a stunner of a venue, YOU FOUND IT. Yes, the beauty of this place is unmatched, but what really hooked my husband and I was the family that owns and BUILT it. Kevin Fullerton and his family have to be the most genuine, God-loving, sweet and humble family we have ever met. Their love and support is felt in every step of the way. We did not feel like we were making a business transaction when we decided to book the venue. It felt like we were borrowing property from family, and that meant EVERYTHING to us!
Additionally, not once did I feel overwhelmed in the planning process, and most of that is attributed to Kalli, Kevin’s daughter and the bride in which this venue was built for! The SCR provides couples with dozens of resources to help the planning be lightweight and stress-free. Kalli answered all of my questions, eased my anxiety when I would have trouble with something and always let us know that she was there to help. Being in an extremely rigorous nursing program, I really appreciated her time and effort that went into checking in on me every step of the way. I would have been scatterbrained if she wasn’t running things there at the SCR!
Overall, looking back on our big day, it would not have been the same if we didn’t meet this wonderful family. Between the view of the venue, the organization of the planning process, an the love this family has for their SCR couples, it’s a winner! I can’t say enough good things about this place. The venue is beyond words can describe; it’s the perfect location to get married. The scenery is gorgeous, the family that owns and BUILT the barn is so sweet. Kali answers any questions you have and provides a vendor list of recommendations, which we used a lot of. They have decor that you are welcome to use. My husband and I got married at SCR on October 29, 2022!
First, this venue is absolutely GORGEOUS!! Even more so now with the upstairs and back completely redone and finished! Kalli and her family are absolute rockstars when it comes to venue owners, she went above and beyond to make sure our day was as special as it could possibly be. My husband got laid off 2 1/2 weeks before our big day and we had just been relocated to the bottom border of Washington State, 2,000 miles away from our family and venue. Talk about a breakdown!! Kalli was there for me and with me through it all and helped to make sure I didn't have anymore stress than I needed to have on the big day. If you are looking for a beautiful, big rustic barn with MULTIPLE ceremony locations, wonderful and INVOLVED owners, and your own little slice of Heaven for your wedding, look no further!! You're going to book it for the barn, but that's not the best part. Kalli is the best part.
Sure, SCR is BEAUTIFUL! Every inch of the space is gorgeous. There are so many options for how to utilize the space. We got married in front of the barn, had cocktail hour on the new back patio, the reception in the barn, spent quality time with my girls in the bridal suite, and posed for bridal photos in the new gorgeous loft. The options are endless, and the value for this venue is exceptional. There was not a single complication or inconvenience on our wedding weekend in terms of the venue. The venue is stunning, but it also allows you to put your own touch on everything and make your wedding personalized to your relationship.
But, truly, Kalli is priceless. She is the best wedding advisor that you could ever ask for. She will take care of you. (You're not going to understand what I mean until you meet her.) She helped me, encouraged me, gave me suggestions, and reminders, answered my questions, helped me brainstorm, and responded quickly. Everyone at SCR is kind, generous, patient, welcoming, professional, and they treat you like family.
I can't say enough good things, and words can't describe how grateful we are for this experience. It was a dream. Treat yourself, and book the log cabin as well for some quality family time and ease of travel back and forth to the barn.

SCR was the first and only venue we visited. We fell in love with it when we saw pictures. Kalli and her family, especially her dad, Kevin, have put everything into this place. It is one of the most beautiful, eclectic, and unique venues. Everything is one of a kind. And everyone who runs/works with this place has been so sweet and helpful. We planned our whole wedding from San Antonio and many of our guests travelled from out of town and out of state. Our Wedding day was perfect. Everything went smoothly and according to plan. Initially, the location was the most attractive feature of SCR because both of our families are from the area…but man am I so glad this is the venue we chose! The venue itself is beautiful, and I promise you won’t find another one like it. So many of my guests commented on the uniqueness of SCR. Included with the venue comes so many components that will prove to be very valuable in the planning process (e.g., tables, chairs, arches, decoration, etc.). Along with the items included, the resources given to you once you book are beyond helpful in choosing wonderful vendors. Kalli was so helpful throughout the entire planning process and answered any questions I had along the way. She is such an intentional and genuine person, and I could tell she cared about the success of my wedding like it was her own. In addition to all things included, Kalli was a valuable resource herself. The weekend package was 100% worthwhile as it made wedding day smooth and easy. I had several people tell me I was the calmest bride they’d ever seen on her wedding day; That is completely attributable to having Friday to set up. I could keep going on and on but bottom line is…I would recommend SCR to anyone and everyone. Sparrow Creek Ranch offers an industrial-glam vibe, which I quickly fell in love with. I did a lot of research on venues before we were even engaged, and SCR is one of the most affordable options by far. I especially loved the fact that you include a variety of decor items at no extra cost. The SCR website is also the best one I came across. You provide so much information up front, which has been very helpful throughout the entire planning process. Last but not least, Kalli is the sweetest, most helpful human I have ever met! She truly goes above and beyond and really makes herself available for any and all questions. She is a true hidden gem for SCR, and her advice has been invaliable.

My husband and I got married at SCR in December and I cannot say enough good things about it. First off, Kalli is the best! Before booking and during the whole planning process, she was so helpful and responded very quickly with any questions I had. Kevin and Allen were also SO helpful! From all of our random questions, to helping move big items last minute, they had it covered. We had our ceremony at The Grove in front of the barn and it was so beautiful. They have multiple different options for ceremony spaces, and you can’t go wrong with any of them. Every angle of the property is absolutely breathtaking, so you will not be disappointed with your photos no matter where you take them! I highly suggest using the Recommended Vendors list if you don’t already have your vendors picked out. We drove over 6 hours to get married here so we weren’t familiar with the area, and we were not disappointed with anyone we used off that list! I also HIGHLY recommend doing the weekend package that is offered. You can’t beat the price and it was so nice to be able to set up the whole day before and still have time to clean up the next day without having to be rushed or stress about it. ALSO, the fact that they allow animals was amazing. My dog has seizures, so we were worried about being away from her so long, but she stayed by my side the whole day. From getting ready, standing on stage during the ceremony, to dancing with everyone at the reception - she had the best time! We got SO many compliments and people still talk about how beautiful the venue was to this day. I still get so sad knowing it’s all over.. It truly was a dream come true, and I couldn’t have asked for a better place to get married. Sparrow Creek will always hold a special place in my heart ❤️ I’m thinking we just might have to go back to renew our vows!

My daughter had the most beautiful wedding here! But, before I get to that, if you're reading this and thinking about The Barn at SCR, you will not get a more hands on venue than this one. Kalli lead us every step of the way. She sent us reminders and suggestions that truly helped us! I'm a DJ and thought I knew everything there is to know about planning a wedding. Not so! Kalli, Allen, and Kevin are super helpful and very friendly. Now for the wedding! It was an outdoor wedding in December, about 55 degrees, gorgeous surroundings! By nightfall, everyone was cozy inside the barn and dancing away! The Bridal Room was perfect for all of the girls to get ready in and it even has a bathroom big enough for a girl and her wedding gown! Lol. You won't go wrong with this place.

I came across this venue by complete accident on Facebook and I’m so glad I did! It looked absolutely perfect, the only problem was that we weren't engaged yet. I kept Sparrow Creek in the back of my mind for 3 months before my now husband proposed! As soon as he did, I made an appointment to see the Barn in person. It was better than the pictures! I am a very DIY person and I knew I would want to do lots of projects for my own wedding. Sparrow Creek is the absolute best venue for that! We got married on August 7th, it was hot during the day, we had our ceremony at 7. However, we had waters and fans for our guests and they were all comfortable. Kalli is amazing to work with, she responds so quickly to every text I sent her. I highly recommend spending the extra money on the weekend package so you can take your time with setup and everything. There was no rush to get the decorations done and the venders had tons of time to set up. I cannot say enough amazing things about Sparrow Creek Ranch!! If you're looking for a beautiful wedding venue that is actually affordable please look no further. The Barn at Sparrow Creek was perfect. My now husband and I looked at this venue very first when we started the wedding planning process. As soon as we visited we knew we didn't need to look anywhere else. The chandeliers and mirrors add such an elegant touch, and everything in the barn is so beautiful that you don’t have to add a lot of décor because it’s beautiful as is! From the minute you pick this venue, you will get such a huge list of vendors for all your needs which was so helpful! Even through the chaos of COVID, Kalli and everyone at SCR made sure our day was perfect! The outdoor ceremony was beautiful with so many trees for a perfect backdrop! We got married on August 22, 2020 and SCR was phenomenal! They have basically everything you need to have a wedding. Inside the barn is just breathtaking with the mirrors and chandeliers, not to mention all the room you have for the DJ, bar, and food. SCR gives you the freedom to bring in your own vendors, but does have a recommendations list. The bridal suite is air conditioned and has plenty of mirrors and seating for everyone who will be getting ready with you. The three day rental is really the best because it allows you to set up Friday and clean up Sunday. I absolutely loved everything about my wedding and SCR is a huge reason why!

Sparrow Creek Ranch’s barn exemplifies rustic elegance with reclaimed chandeliers hung from the ceilings. Everything at Sparrow Creek Ranch has been reclaimed or recycled, adding to the history and charm of the venue. Speaking with Kevin, who built the barn for his daughter Kalli’s wedding, reveals the passion and love that built the barn. Indeed, Kevin has exciting plans (and is currently building!) an extension on the back of the barn that would serve as a groomsmen room or bedroom. My wedding party and guests were impressed with the unique nature of the barn.
The location of Sparrow Creek Ranch is another perk of the venue. The land that the barn is situated on is beautiful and makes for lovely photos and outdoor ceremonies. I literally cannot wait to see our professional photos! Graham, Texas, is small yet charming. The drive to Graham from surrounding cities is quintessentially Texan and absolutely beautiful.
Sparrow Creek Ranch is well managed by Kalli, who is responsive, kind, and patient despite millions of questions. Both Kevin and Kalli are flexible and willing to work with brides on a budget. By structuring venue pricing to include multiple days in the rental, Sparrow Creek Ranch gave us plenty of time for set up, allowing us to enjoy the process. We were also able to save additional money by doing a lot of things ourselves (e.g. buying our own linens and ironing them on premises).
Important to mention, Sparrow Creek Ranch is supported by a fantastic network of local vendors. Planning a wedding involves making critical decisions regarding your vendors; Kalli has created a list of trusted vendors with experience at Sparrow Creek Ranch. EVERY SINGLE vendor that we used from her list was phenomenal. The majority of vendors were used were from her list.

My now husband and I got married at Sparrow Creek Ranch on 2/1/2020. It was everything and more I could’ve imagined! The owners are incredibly nice and so fun to work with. I live almost 4 hours from Graham and Kevin was very flexible with me, our families, and our planner when we needed to come see the venue a few times throughout our engagement to plan layout, etc. Kalli was always so fast to answer any questions. Sparrow Creek was built with so much love and every part of the venue is unique and one of a kind! You can use the venue as a blank canvas to turn it into any vision you have. It is so gorgeous that it doesn’t need much decorating if you want a minimal rustic style, but you can also dress it up to turn it into a beautiful, modern and elegant style with rustic details. We used grays, golds, greenery, and candles throughout the inside of the barn and on guest farm tables to accent the beautiful chandeliers above the dance floor to make all my moody and elegant vibes come true! I had always wanted my ceremony to be outside to show off the amazing hills and winter colors you see on the ranch and the weather that day was 68 degrees and no wind in February, it was beautiful and we got to have it outside, no heaters needed! Everything was perfect and I could not have asked for a better venue and people to work with for our wedding day. Being able to decorate and set up the day before is the biggest life saver! Our planner, her team, and our moms and I set up on Friday and we kept saying how stress free it was to set everything up from chairs, tables, signs, place settings, food and drink station, cake tables, and the baby photo table up the day before so that all we had to do the next day was let the vendors place the food and cake at their designated places and all the other vendors set up where they needed to be like DJ, coffee bar and we didn’t have to worry about anything but getting ready and taking pictures and video. The bridal suite was perfect for my 7 bridesmaids and I and we had a blast getting ready in there together. All of our guests were blown away at how beautiful it is and were so impressed when we told them that Kevin built this and continues to add to it using unique elements that he finds. Sparrow Creek Ranch will always be very special to us and I highly recommend this gorgeous venue!

The venue is breathtaking and honestly requires very little decoration. I could not recommend this venue anymore. It rained ALL week, so we had to make a decision to move the wedding inside the barn (something that I did not want to do). However, it exceeded my expectations and I am SO happy with they way it turned out. You just can't go wrong at this location. **The fact that the rental included Friday, Saturday, and Sunday morning also helped to make this a no-brainer.

We couldn't have picked a better venue for our big day! Kevin and Kalli were amazing to work with and were always there to help with any questions that we had. Not many places allow you to have access to the entire venue for the whole weekend and you will find that SCR offers this option and it's amazing. SCR is by far the best location, rustic venue, and price you will find! Kalli, Kevin, and Allen were so helpful from the time we reached out to book the venue up until the day of my ceremony! They were always available to answer any questions or help with whatever I needed! The venue allows a weekend package which allows you to set up the venue Friday and have your ceremony Saturday, then clean up Sunday morning. I have been asked so many times how stressed I was during my perfect weekend, and I have confidently been able to answer that I had NO STRESS!!! I know this was because I had all day Friday to set up and enjoy ALL DAY Saturday!! When we arrived Friday to set up, Allen was there already putting heaters together and had the chairs and tables out for us to set up. He inspected the chandeliers before leaving and helped us locate any tools we needed to set up for our day. Kevin came out Saturday well before the ceremony and made sure we had all we needed, which really meant a lot to my family and I. I cannot recommend this venue enough!

We had the most stunning wedding at Sparrow Creek! The barn is so beautiful. It was exactly what I had dreamed off! Rustic and elegant. Sparrow Creek is a beautiful venue, I have had my eye on it for years. They are constantly making updates and making the ranch even better. Kalli is wonderful to work with and made sure we had everything we needed. We got married end of April 2019 ceremony outside/ reception inside the barn. The wildflowers were in full bloom and the ranch was so beautiful! The chandeliers and mirrors in the barn are stunning. This makes it easy to keep it more simple and elegant with your wedding decor. SCR was everything we dreamed of and more. You get the keys Friday morning and have all day to decorate. I recommend using the bridal suite to get ready in on wedding day. It is a beautiful space, great for getting ready and taking cute pictures with your bridal party. The Best Western is where most of our guests stayed and it wasn't anything fancy and the service was not anything to write home about. We also rented out the Green Broke Inn from Kalli (Air BnB) it is a neat and fun place to stay. My bridesmaids and I stayed there on friday night and then my husband and I stayed there the night of the wedding. The groomsmen got ready at the Green Broke Inn on wedding day. We had our rehearsal at SCR and then went right down the road for our rehearsal dinner at the Wildcatter Ranch. It was also wonderful. If the weather is nice you can have your dinner out on the patio. Amazing views and literally right down the road from SCR. Krazy Cakes made our wedding cake and did a fabulous job. She is local to Graham and delivers the cake on your wedding day. Totally hassle free and fair pricing. If you are looking for a great wedding venue ran by a wonderful family then I would highly recommend Sparrow Creek Ranch. They have fair pricing and you cannot go wrong with this venue!

Our wedding at SCR was extraordinarily beautiful. The barn is wonderful and wowed many of our guests. There are also many decorations at the barn they allow you to use for free. Kalli always replied to my emails quickly and was extremely kind and helpful. Kalli and Kevin allowed us to visit to venue more than once to check on progress and to let us look at the venue to help with our wedding planning. AND what other venue gives you so much time to decorate and clean up to help alleviate the stress of rushing to get everything perfect before the wedding and rushing to get everything cleaned up afterwards? The price for the venue was not overbearing, and we received our deposit before we even got back from our honeymoon. I would definitely recommend this venue.

[A]bsolutely stunning! From the rolling countryside that the barn sits on to the dozen crystal chandeliers hanging from the ceiling, its truly magical!!! I am so overjoyed with how our wedding turned out, I would give a 100 star rating if I could. Check out this venue, you'll absolutely fall in love.
