SCR’s LOG CABIN

SCR is also home to a one-of-a-kind log cabin that is a work of architectural wonder in its own right built from timbers trucked down from British Columbia. The cabin has one of the best views in North Texas, overlooking the Brazos River tributary and one of the last remaining oil rigs from the 1920s. The view out these giant windows is breath taking.

This was perfect because the groom and groomsmen were able to go fishing and skeet shooting during the day while the bride and bridesmaids got ready at the venue! The boys had a blast and the place is stunning! We got so many compliments from our wedding guests who stayed here and it felt like a vacation getaway on top of a wedding weekend! The hotel is beautiful and so are the cabins! Each cabin has a different western theme and the history of that theme is on the wall in each room. If you want a classy western feel, definitely come stay here! We will definitely have to come back because there just wasn’t enough time in 3 days to enjoy this place enough!”

My husband's family was all from Houston or Virginia, and they loved staying there. It made the whole weekend a fun retreat. It's also a great option for your rehearsal dinner and groom's cabin.
