The Barn at Sparrow Creek Ranch was the venue of our dreams and we were so blessed that all of our vendors were fabulous. I would not change a single thing about our wedding-- not sure many people can actually say that! Kalli was so organized and on top of everything! Definitely someone you want to have in your corner when planning a wedding. She had so many helpful tips and recommendations along the way, including getting us connected with the inhouse coordinator Vikki who was so great!! Everything about this venue from the price, the beauty, and the people is perfect. The different areas of the property make it so accommodating for a beautiful flow between ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. Having the ability to set up and decorate on Friday morning and then just enjoy our time with family and friends Friday evening and be completely stress free while getting ready Saturday before the wedding was so invaluable. All of our photos are stunning because every area of the place is just so gorgeous! Choosing the Barn at Sparrow Creek Ranch was the best decision we made to ensure we had the greatest wedding possible!

My daughter had the most beautiful wedding here! But, before I get to that, if you're reading this and thinking about The Barn at SCR, you will not get a more hands-on venue than this one. Kalli lead us every step of the way. She sent us reminders and suggestions that truly helped us! I'm a DJ and thought I knew everything there is to know about planning a wedding. Not so! Kalli, Allen, and Kevin are super helpful and very friendly. Now for the wedding! It was an outdoor wedding in December, about 55 degrees, gorgeous surroundings! By nightfall, everyone was cozy inside the barn and dancing away! The Bridal Room was perfect for all of the girls to get ready in and it even has a bathroom big enough for a girl and her wedding gown! Lol. You won't go wrong with this place.

This venue reached all expectations and was beautiful. I knew from the first time I saw it I knew it was the one for us. Our night was perfect! If you need a venue and you’re in the DFW area, definitely look into The Barn at Sparrow Creek Ranch!

We chose this venue for our wedding in August and neither the people or venue disappointed us. Kalli the owner was wonderful with answering any questions I had in the very beginning, soon after Vicki the coordinator we hired through this venue took over and did the same! I (personally) did not enjoy the planning part of the wedding because it came with lots of stress and Vicki helped me relieve so much of that! I highly recommend booking with the in house coordinator if you do choose this venue and are a procrastinator or just want to enjoy your day at ease! The scenery and location is something you just can’t beat. It is absolutely stunning with so many great places for photos, including inside the barn itself just GORGEOUS! All of our vendors we chose from the vendor list were amazing and so easy to work with and plan we loved having each of them! Everyone who was staff whether it was a vendor or direct staff through Sparrow Creek felt like a guest and a friend. We knew the second we stepped into this place we would be choosing it and we have had absolutely zero regrets! All I have to say is BOOK THE VENUE!!!! 💗

I cannot say more amazing things about everyone and everything about Sparrow Creek Ranch!! This venue was the first and only venue that we looked at because we instantly fell in love with the beautiful barn! Not only for its looks though, the owners Kalli and her father Kevin were absolutely amazing. They were always so kind, incredibly helpful, and super quick to address any questions or concerns we may of had. The vendor list that Kalli provides for her couples is out of this world. This list takes all the stress of wedding planning away because you know you can trust any vendor on this list! I HIGHLY recommend doing the weekend package, you will appreciate all of the time to decorate how you want and the extra time to clean up afterwards! My husband and I had the most amazing day ever and I can’t imagine a better place to have it. Thank you soooo much for everything you did for us!!!

I have nothing but AMAZING things to say about SCR and the sweet people who help run it. My husband and I had a very short engagement but I was never stressed due to how awesome their communication was. Kalli is super personable and made me feel like I was the only bride she was tending to! She responded to every little question I had and gave me so many helpful tips/tricks! Their website is also amazing. It has EVERYTHING you need to know on it. Kalli, Kevin, and Allen made our big day so special. Getting married at SCR was the absolute best choice!
